Did you open your heart and home to an orphaned kitten or kittens who are less than 6 weeks old? These babies need special care. Please find our recommended training and resources below.

Things to keep in mind

Often, mother cats will abandon kittens that have health issues. Please take the kitten(s) to a vet if possible. The mortality rate for orphaned kittens is high, so do not blame yourself if the kitten passes.
The younger the kitten, the more often it will need to be bottle-fed. Newborns need to be fed every 2-3 hours, including overnight, but that is just for a few weeks and then it will get easier! Hang in there.
